The series is a mockumentary style workplace comedy about staff in a Federal Prison. It juxtaposes the daily boredom of the prison staff with the mental struggles of the inmates. Themes I explore in the show include: gender roles, race, criminal justice reform, divorce, mental health, and societal angst. It's based on my memoir Hotel Hell.
